Generated tasks, time estimates and photo reviews can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before acting and edit or skip anything that does not apply. Use cleaning products according to their labels and follow the care instructions for your belongings.
CleanBurst does not provide professional inspection, medical advice or a guarantee of cleanliness. A completed task or positive photo review is not a safety assessment.
Your account and uploads
Use an account you are entitled to access and keep sign-in details secure. Only upload media you have permission to use. Where sharing is enabled, household members can access shared room information, so make sure your uploads are appropriate to share with them.
Do not use the service to interfere with other accounts, bypass usage limits or upload unlawful material. Read how uploaded information is used.
Early beta access
The free early beta is available to the first 200 new households while enrollment is open. Access lasts 30 days and includes up to five rooms and 30 one-time AI credits. It does not require payment or renew automatically. It does not include household invitations.
Beta software is still being improved and may have errors or interruptions. Your account shows your allowance and access dates. There is no promise of unlimited use or permanent access to beta features.
Plans, credits and billing
Plans have limits on rooms and AI use. Where purchases are available, the offer displayed in your account and at checkout sets the price, allowance and billing period. Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled.
Included monthly credits reset at the end of their period. Purchased top-up credits do not expire and do not increase a plan’s room limit. Beta credits follow the beta allowance instead. Review your balance and billing-management options in Settings.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
