A little help getting started.

Start with one room photo and one task. These answers cover the most common places to get stuck.

Contact & feedback

Email us with what you tried, what happened, and your device or browser. Please leave passwords, payment details and private room photos out of the first message.

If you use the TestFlight version, you can also select “Send Beta Feedback” in TestFlight.

Start your first cleanup

  1. Open CleanBurst, sign in and create your household.
  2. Add a room and choose a clear photo of the area you want to clean.
  3. Request a plan, then choose a task that feels manageable.
  4. Start a cleaning session. Pause or finish when you need to.
  5. Check off your work. If you have review credits, add an after photo to get feedback.

My photo or analysis did not work

Check your connection and that the photo is readable. If camera access is unavailable, choose an existing photo instead, or review camera permissions in your device settings. Check your room for a saved result before trying another analysis.

AI can overlook details or suggest something unsuitable. You can edit or skip a task. Don’t follow a suggestion that is unsafe for your room, belongings or cleaning products.

How do credits work?

A room plan uses two credits. An after-photo review or general task generation uses one. A cleaning timer does not use an AI credit. Your remaining allowance and access dates are shown in Settings.

The early beta provides 30 one-time credits and up to five rooms for 30 days to the first 200 new households while enrollment is open. That is enough for ten room plans with reviews. The beta does not renew automatically and household invitations are not included.

Account, subscription and data help

Use Settings to view your account options. If you have a subscription purchased on the web, use its billing-management option to check renewal or cancellation. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

You can delete a room from the app. Read Privacy & your photos for the difference between removing a room and removing your account. To delete your account, open Settings → Account & privacy → Delete my account. A household owner with other members must first transfer ownership in household settings. For deletion or data-access help, email contact@cleanburst.io.

Remove Sign in with Apple access

Deleting your CleanBurst account starts the account and data-removal process described above. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also remove its authorization in your Apple Account settings.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, choose your name, then Sign in with Apple.
  2. Select CleanBurst or its developer, choose Delete, and follow Apple’s confirmation steps.

This removes Apple sign-in access. To request deletion of your CleanBurst account and data, use CleanBurst’s account-deletion option above. See Apple’s instructions for managing Sign in with Apple for current device and web directions.
